There are no current model that is similar to Lyric as a technology, no. But, there is a new hearing aid by Starkey named SoundLens 2 that is pretty much at the same distance as the Lyric. The only difference is that the SoundLens has to be pulled off to change the batteries every couple of days (3-5 days, battery type 10).

As you said, There are no current model that is similar to Lyric as a technology - where you keep the hearing aid in your ear for extended periods of time...can take showers with it etc.....but ExSilent outof Netherlands has a hearing aid called the QLeaf Pro. Unique design and shape is similar to the Lyric, its very small unit, (black) but uses sleeves - where you slide the hearing aid into flexible, hypo-allergenic, 3 size sleeves and available in open or closed versions.

There are similar hearing aids that are invisible in Oticon, Unitron, etc. But Lyric is the only hearing aid that does not need to be removed daily. The rest should be removed and stored in a dry box overnight daily. Lyric®, the world's first and only 100% invisible hearing aid with increased wear. The best provider of such hearing aids is https://audiologyisland.com/
